Tansfering H1 to new employer while previous H1 transfer is still pending.

1. My sis-in-law got H1B approved in Oct 2006 and worked with Company A who got the H1B till Jan 31 2007, and got a new job offer for which she filed the H1B transfer with company B and joined company B on Feb 1 2007.

During this period her H1B is in transfer process and she got another offer which she want to opt for . Can she go for a H1 transfer with company C while her H1 transfer process with company B is not completed.

If she can go for a transfer what all documents she will need for her transfer other than a salary slip from company B.

Yes she can approach with company C while her company B H1 transfer is under process, no issues with it. The documents needed are latest pay stub from B and receipt notice with B which shows they filed H1 transfer with B. It is not legal advice but i know people who had been in similar situation and got both H1 approved.
