What to do for H4 Visa while transferring H1 to different employer

Hi,

Would appreciate if anyone can clarify my below question.

Situation:
Right now I am on H1 ( tied 2 H4s) and recenlty changed my employer. So my question is, do we need to file both H1 & H4 for transfer to new employer if we are not asking for new extension i.e., filing for same h1 period whatever we have right now (OR) is that enough if I file for only H1 transfer since H4s are tied to H1 and not applying for any extra extension.

ideally h4s should also be transferred to the new employer at the same time when h1 is.
