Hi, Anyone please help me, I have strange problem.
I have applied for my H1 on May 10 2006 and due to security check it never got approved. my OPT expired on Oct 19 2006. On Jan 15 2007, I have applied for H1 with a different company and this is for Consular processing to be stamped in Delhi.
My question is can I work now, or do I need to get stamped before working
please let me know
