H4 to H1 - Unique issue ?

Hi,

I'm currently in India & have a valid H1B. I was in USA for 8 months in 2005 & went back to India. Now I'm getting married to a H1B holder & want to take a vacation for 4 - 5 months.

My question is can I come on H4 to USA & after 4 - 5 months use my existing H1 to work for the same company as before.

---- If you take a H4 Visa issued for yourself, your H1 is considered to be forfeited and may no longer be valid for working with the concerned employer in US
