Petition returned to USCIS - Please respond

Seniors Please respond.

I attended for H1 interview on 21 Nov 06. I had 221(g) and asked all documents from petitioner. I sent all asked for. Now after 2 months I got my passport back with old 221(g) saying

"the petition is being returned to USCIS for further review. Upon completion of the review, USCIS will contact your petitioner. Please wait for a notification from the consulate before returning."

Also it says
"Your case is undergoing admin processing please wait for response from us."

Now is it just AAP or I should consider it rejected. Please let me know if any of you have heard of such case as this before. I'm clueless. How good are the possibilities now.
