H1 expiring in May - cani travel in March to India

Hi,

My h1 visa with company A is going to expire in May 2007. I am travelling to India in March and comback to US in March itself. Currently i have H1 with Company B till October 2007. Please let me know if there is any problem.

---- Not an issue. Carry your I-797 from company B to be shown at the POE to get a I-94 till Oct. 2007
