H1b administrative processing

Hi Friends,

I attended the H1b interview in uk and my application was under administrative processing.I want to withdraw the processing and i want to reapply.
Do i need to attend the interview in india or can i attend in uk.what are the chances of getting visa if i attend in uk and what about in india.
I will be greatful if someone can help in this matter.
