I am on OPT after completing PhD in a US university. I'm working for a University for the past 4 months. We have filed for H-1B. Meanwhile, can my parents attend interview for visitor visa in India with my current visa status.
Their appointment is next week. We have sent all relevant documents to them except for H-1. Do you know if anyone has sent affidavit of support forms to parents while they were in OPT status? Thanks.
