    L1B to H1 Transfer

    Hi All,

    I am in the USA in L1B Visa through a company.
    If I will have to Apply for H1 Processing, should I need to go back to India to attend the Interview or Can I appear for Interview in US itslef ?

    Appreciate your guidance regarding my L1B to H1 transfer.
