MUST I have a dagree for H1B visa?
I am a Canadian citizen living in Canada. I have 5 years of software development experience in Canada. I completed 2 years of a 3-year Computer Engineering program in a college in Canada. Since I did not complete the program, I do not have a diploma or any certificates, just the transcripts. Can I still apply for US H1B visa?
