Hi,
I want to apply for H1 in April 2007. Later in May I want to apply for H4 and travel to US on H4. Is this valid? Would my H1 get approved later? I hear that if I apply for H1 in April and then apply for H4, my H4 can get rejected or by the time I travel to US, if my H1 gets approved, I might have to return to India to get H1 stamping and would either have to cancel my H1 to enter US. It would be of great help if I can get some information on this.
