i got a doubt regarding processing time and approval letter...........
basically i am an indian citizen and studing in germany nd applied for h1b visa in 2007 april i just want to know
wat will be the regular processing time period for h1b visa in germany to get an approval letter? nd once i get approval letter can i go for interview or should wait for documents to come from USA company which i appplied for?nd how much time it take to get those documents ?
some saying that interview will be held in germany and some body says that h1b interview should be held in own country .wat might be the correct information plz clarify my doubt.......
pals can u please give me the complete process and information regarding h1b visa from the date of submisssion of documents till we get h1b visa stamping ..............reply me
