Urgent Information regarding H4,H1
Hi
i m rahul,actually my h4 status is under query list asking to submit the documents completly releated to my spouse,and i did not receive them.Its long time this has happened(2 years passed) .Now my question is ,can anyone tell me till how long should i wait so that i can apply for any other visa's(B1,L1,....) .And for the newly applied visa what should i mention in the application, if they ask about my previous visa status ( should i mention it is refused or rejected ) and is it mandatory that i should mention that details in the application?
