i recently got h1b visa visa in canada i did not went to usa i directly came to india in feb 2007 so that i apply h4visa for my wife in march 2 week so i just want to know wat all documents should i submit to USconsulate please give the list of h4 documents sir

and one more question sir can u please suggest which USconsulate is better for appoinment of h4 visa delhi or chennai .i heard that chennai is ittle bit strict at the time of interview .is that correct wat i heared????? plz give some suggestions............. reply sooooooon sir

Delhi is anytime better than Chennai consulate. Go to the VFS India website and schedule the interview for your wife. It will list all the documents needed for the interview.
