can i go for h4 now???

hai friends,

my husband went to interview on 14th feb and got his h1-b. but he is still in india since he is not yet relieved fron his previous company.In the meanwhile i applied for my h4 and my interview date is on march 7th.i have all the documents but my doubt is ,can i apply for my h4 when my husband is still in india...pls help me...

Yes. In fact, you should get your H4 stamped as soon as possible so you can fly with your husband.
