H1 transfer and travel

Hello Friends,

I came to USA on H1 visa through company A which is valid up to Sep 2007.

In March 2006, i transfered it to company B and it got approved up to dec 2008.

Now i am planning to got to india for few weeks. Can i re-enter USA with the old stamp or do i need to go for stamping..

please respond with your valuable suggestion.
