    Hi ,
    My i-94 expired and my wife still have valid h-1 but my h-4 was not renewed as my lawyer overlooked it . I am out of status now and had to get it done from India, so what all i need to get it stmaped??
    What wil be the questions i might face from customs when i again enter USA???
