Hello ,
Well my petition for a h1 b visa has been cancelled after 8months of hold by the chennai consulate. and they havnt returned my Original degree certificates asyet but the I-797 was given back to me...
! so do i stand any chance of revoking my petition again??
2? if not,does this affect my future petitions aswell??
It will be really great if people can take time to help me out with this...
