form ds-156.please help

I was filling form Ds-156 for H1-B stamping at mumbai consulate. I needed help with one of the questions in the form. I am currently working in U.S and going for stamping. What should i write for the home phone, business phone, fax, business fax no.. Do i have to mention nos. of U.S or nos. of home phone in India.
