    Hi,

    Could anybody let me know whether for a same person two H1B can be filed?
    Since my company has raised H1B for me ,also i got selected for an US employer.they likes to raise H1B for me.The thing is when i quit my company they will cancel my visa.

    What is the minimum time taken for me to get my petition approval and visa stamping?
