Hello!!
I was filling form Ds-156 for H1-B stamping at mumbai consulate. I needed help with one of the questions in the form. I am currently working and living in U.S and going for stamping in India for visa renewal.
Question 16--- What should i write for the home phone, business phone, business fax no.. For this question do i have to mention nos. of U.S (presently living) or nos. of home phone in India.
Also, question26 -- How long do you intend to stay in U.S?
For this question do i have to mention the expiry date of the approval notice??
