    H1 Related Query

    Hi All,

    My friend is in a process of submitting documents for H1.
    He is on L1 currently in USA. He had entered in USA on L1 (in 2000, stayed for 4 months) and B1 (in 2003, stayed for 1.5 months)before.

    He has petition for current L1.
    Is he required to submit petitions of earlier L1 and B1?

    What are the consequnces if he is not able to produce earlier documents?
