Hi All,
Could anyone please let me know when do we get the visa rejected under Potential Immigrant category ?
I have applyed for H1 in last yrs quota and I have gone for the interivew for the 1 st tme without any client specific informaiton. Then they have give me 221g blue handout .. next time i have gone for the interview with the client specific information but wht the VO says is the client for which am going to work is also a body shopping company and not the end client .... and again they have given me 221g form stating tht next time is the last chance for me
So if I go to the interview with any other client information which is no way related to the client which i have taken previously. Are there any loop holes in this??
Wht do i need to say in the interview if he asks wht happened to ur previous wrk order?
