My wife was working in L1. Last month we changed her Visa status from L1 to H4. After applying for H1 this April 2007, we are planning to go for a vacation to India.
1. When returning from India, she needs to get stamping for her H4. By that time if H1 is approved, will she be able to travel back to US in H4? Or she has to stay in India till october?
2. Is it advisable to travel to India after H1 getting approved?
