Are my Educational requirements enough? please help me

Hi,

I live in US, I am an h4 visa holder and now I want apply for h1 .so I want to get my education evaluated.

My educational qualifications are
 B.com.
 CA INTER AND CA FINAL FIRST GROUP
 CWA INTER
 M.com. (I only completed final year in the two year course ,as the second year exams are conducted first and later first year ,after I appeared for second year, I could not appear for the first year exams , so I cleared only second year .)


My doubts are:
1. Is that one year for M.com, Counts for evaluation?
2. Do my passing CA INTER and CWA INTER adds to 16 yrs of education?
3. Do my 3 years of article ship training counts as - experience in related field of education?


I did
• sap course and have 4 years work experience in India
• computer course certificate from ICWAI
• pgdca certificate

1. How for is pgdca certificate valid for one year education?
2. Do my computer course certificate from ICWAI helpful in giving me additional hours?

• some people are saying that it is necessary that I should have 16 years of education
Is it important that we need 16 years of continuous education?

Please clarify my doubts on how far my educational qualifications help me for applying h1 , or give me details about ,from where I can find information regarding my doubts or any useful links u know.

And also recommend me a good evaluation agency

[*]mcom ,i only completed final year in the two year ,as the second year exams are conducted first ,i appeared for them ,wanted to write simultaneously ,and after they are over i couldn't appear for first year,so i cleared second year
[*]i completed my CA INTER AND FIRST GROUP IN FINAL 2003
[*]and also CWA INTER 2002
[*]I have pgdca certificate ,is it valid for one year education? i don't know please clarify this.[*]i have computer course certificate from ICWAI

---- It does not matter what your educational qualifications are. You should have certain basic degree, requisite years of education, training and experience for the job you are applying for.

---- The employer who wants to sponsor you should be convinced about the above matters and in turn convince USCIS that all the above have been met and you are the right person for the given task/assignment etc

---- Yes, 16 years of education is a must. Continuous or not is a matter that the USCIS will make a decision about, although it is not a prerequisite for approving the case
