Doubt reg AFU
Hi,
My name is S.Gayatri a new member in these forums.
I need guidence from the experts reg my case,
My case had been referred to AFU in Nov 2000.
Now i have an offer with good company in USA. They r willing file H1 for me this year.
Can i proceed further for filing..?
Will the AFU have any effect if i go for the visa this year.
Plz suggest me.
