Hi,
My husband is on H1 and i am on H4 visa which was expired in January 07. My husband applied for renewal of H1 and got the reciept in NOV 06 and by using that reciept he applied for my H4 visa renewal.
Somehow his case has not approved yet and still in pending. On H4 they send us the query that the "Renewed H1 Visa Document" is required and they gave me a duedate of April 07.
If my husband's case is not approved till the April 07 date which USCIS gave me then how can i apply for the renewal of my H4 visa? What should i do?
