H4 visa - I 797 Receipt Valid for submit...Urgent

Hi...I have one query..

My wife will got for visa in next week..

I was come in US from company A. and before 1 month back i got sponsor from company B. and right now i am working in company B.

Company B is submitted all the document to transfer my visa. and i got I 797 Receipt not approval. and I 129 from company B.

so my question is for my wife which company I 797 i have to submitted ..

i have approval from company A..and receipt from company B..

and to complete my transfer my visa form comp A to B takes atleast 3-4 month...

But by USA laws if i got receipts then i am able to work for company ..so i start my work..
