Working from home in US on H4 visa

Hello,

I have a question.My wife is on H4 visa status.An Indian IT company has offered her a job where she can work from home and get paid at her India Bank a/c.

Is anybody know if this is legal ?

It is legal. By the way, when the money is going into Indian A/C, who the hell in US worry about it.

Do not think too much and ask your wife to get into work.
