Information abt company

Hello All.,

I have got an offer fro H1 filing from a company called Fortune Technologies
(http://www.fortunetechnol.com) for this years quota.
Has anybody heard of this company and are working with them? Please let me know if any one of you has any experience with this company. They are charging me some amount for the processing.. i am not too worried about that but just worried about if they pay the salary once we get a job regularly and during stamping, all the papers are given to us .

Unfortunately, I cannot answer your question, but wanted to share my experience so far. I am trying to find a H1 sponsor for a family member in India and have also run into some companies that ask for some money. I am wary of such companies and have found out that asking for such money is illegal. I'm not sure I would like to go with such a company. Any comments or advice from anyone??

I have seen this company ad in sulekha.com,they provide training and placement,this is what i know from the ad.

I have seen this company ad in sulekha.com,they provide training and placement,this is what i know from the ad.

Do not get carried away by the words "training and placement". Training means these companies have a small room with 2-3 computers having Informatica, SAP installed. A consultant who works for this company is asked to come in after work and tries to teach for 1 hour. After working the whole day in a different office, its difficult to teach anyone. And in some cases, the person teaching is himself/herself a beginner.
