221(g)--Verification

Hi all

attended interview on dec 14th
They have issued 221(g) pending admin processing and said that consulate will get back to you and took my experience certificates.

Last week they have come to my previous employer office and verified. But unfortunately My previous employer was not available and the existing staff has given the feed back.

The person who has come from the consulate has given the mobile number and email address.

Now my question is

Is it that my previous employer has to contact him and find out whether the details given by existing staff(since he is not available) was sufficient?

please advice also let me know what will be the outcome in these cases

did u show only one previous employer or more ??
one of my known person got same problem. But he got a resolution for that..
