Hi All,
I have got h4 visa. And I am all set to travel to USA, before I land in USA I have some more queries, which are as follows:
Problem: My husband has H1b and he entered USA 4 months back in California. Now he is in another part in USA; Central America...
I have to travel to Central America...hence.
My Qs is since his I 797 document or visa states that his PORT OF ENTRY is in CA, wud there be a problem for me when I will land in Central America? What are the possibile Qs that I will be asked at the final destination...and how do I answer those Qs.
Please give suggestions.
