H4 Succesful stamping at Chennai Consulate
Hi Guys,
My wife got sucessfully stamped H-4 visa as a dependent, previously she went twice on f-2 and got rejected but this time she went on H-4 and she had all the documents like bundle of I-797 Action of Apporval notice, I-129 , LCA etc, along with them most importantly paystubs, bank stmts and my passport xerox.
The visa officer questions were:
1.Did your husband complete his Masters?
Ans: He is in his final stages of giving the project this spring.
2. What is the company that he is working for?
Ans: XYZ company, in Sacremento, CA.
3. Can I see his paystubs n Bank stmts?
Ans: Verified direct deposit of funds made or not?
4. Can I see your Marriage certificate?
Ans: Verified the Certificate.
5. When did you get married?
Ans mmddyy.
