Hi There,
My Situation is unique, Please advice me to solve this problem.
I came here in 2000, was in H4. In 2005 I applied for h1 and got it for 9 months that's 2006 nov.
I lost job after that I weent to India and stayed for 6 months. Please advice me
can I file for H!-B visa again now in this year?
If I apply for it how many years I will get?
Even if I get it for 6 years. Do I need to mention prevous h1?
Please help me ..
