hi,
iam on h4 status and this year april i want to do h4 to h1 filing.but in may iam going to India and i will come back on jun1.if i go like that is there any problem for my h1 process.
1.is my h1 will get approve
2.can i come back with my h4 status.


please any helps appreciated.

---- Normally, you are not expected to go out of the US when you applied for H1 as that can be considered to be abandoning your application

1.is my h1 will get approve

---- Only you can tell that as that depends on your suitability for the job including qualifications, experience, yours and employer's credentials

2.can i come back with my h4 status.

---- Once H1 is approved while you are outside the country, you may have to seek a H1 Visa before you enter US. The H4 normally becomes invalid once H1 is approved
