h1 transfer - h4 transfer query

Hi,

I got my h1 sponsered thru employer A and currently working in the US
My wife and kid has h4 stamped and are in India currently
I have found a new job and will be transferring my h1 to employer B.

Will that affect H4 status of my wife and kid as they are in India. Is it ok if I get their H4 transferred once they are in US?

---- You may hae to send a copy of your latest I-797 for your wife and kid to get a I-94 till that date. This is provided their current H4 Visa is valid and unexpired in their Passports.

---- Yes, once they are in the US you can apply for transfer of their H4 to reflect your present H1
