Dear Friends,
I'm currently on L1, applying for H1B in 2007 quota. I heard that travelling to India is not advisable when my application is getting processed. Since my travel is unavoidable, can i do premium processing before I travel to India?
My travel plan is from May-Jun. I will come back to US with L1 visa in Jun. After that can I work with new employer from oct'07 on H1B.
