H1B Vs L1
Hey,
A question about H1B Vs L1, my Employer A may file for L1 visa (as of today whether they would file an L1A or L1B petition is not specified) by the end of this year and in addition to this I have already got an USCIS approval for H1B from Employer B for last year quota. If I get an H1B stamping next month and than later the year I get L1 visa on the port of entry (because I am a canadian citizen), what impact would it have and how?
