hi friend

we got married in 2005 and my husband is staying in france nd applied for h1b visa this current year 2007 april as (premium processing)

my quaries are

1)after getting h1bvisa stamping he directly comming to india say its in june 2007 ,, as we all know know that h1b workers should enter the usa after 1 october.... in the mean while we are apply for h4visa as( dependent ) for me in july 207... my tension is .... as he doesnt have pay slips and company taxpapers of usa company can i eligible to apply for h4 visa(dependent)?


2) is there any maximum chances of getting h4 visa ??is pay stubs nd tax papers are important for applying h4visa? really i am so worried for this paystubs.......................can we show experienced letter nd pay stub of france company which he worked since 2 years nd 3 experienced letter which he worked for 3 years in australia?

---- If it is a first H1 then applying for h4 as a dependent Vis should not be an issue and you will definitely not have any pay slips from teh compnay your husband is going to work for

---- Pay stubs and tax papers are important when applying the for H1 and/or H4 Visa for a second time when like when H1 is extended within the same company or transferred to a new company
