H4 visa related query

Hi,

My wife and baby are having the stamping of my previous company. They are going to india now.

While coming back, I will have the new company's H1. Do they have to go for stamping again?

or can they come on the previous visa stamping but witht the copy of the latest company h1 approval?

their visa stamping is valid till 2009.

Appreciate your help in this regard

Is previous visa till 2009 then no problem ur wife and baby can come on using that visa it is safe if they also bring new h1 approval.i have seen many cases like that...
if previous visa expires before they come back to u.s then they have to go for stamping until that no problem as my knowledge...

Even I thought in the same way.. But always better to check it right..

I will send my I-797 approval copy to them as soon as I shift the company.
