H4 - H1 transfer urgent help

Hi,
I came to U.S. on H4 visa,then converted in to H1B visa.I travelled to India unexpectedly,i have submitted my H1B visa I-94 also while i went to india.
1.Can i travel back to U.S. on H4 visa which is still valid.
2.or should i get stamped before entering to u.s.

You can't use your H4 as it is invalid after your transferring to H1B

You'd get H1B visa stamped.
