Hi,
I work as a technical recruiter currently, and I want to get into Peoplesoft.
I have a Bachelors in Computer engineering from India and Masters in Human Resources from USA, and my current H1 is filed as a HR Manager with a Consulting firm.
Now I want to go into Peoplesoft, which will be IT, so is it okay to do an H1 transfer then? I have my Computers Degree to support it, and also I will get into Peoplesoft HRMS, so its kind of mix of HR and IT.
Any suggestions??
