    H1 Interview - B1 rejected twice...Please help me

    Hi Friends,

    Earlier this year,my B1 visa was rejected twice.
    First it was rejected under 214(b) and second time the VO asked me to apply for a different visa category.

    Actually I was supposed to attend a training for 6 months for my current employer.

    Now my employer wants to file a H1 visa.
    Please let me know the chances...
