aap completed, case returned to USCIS

hi,
has anyone faced this situation ?
took h1b interview in september, given 221g (aap)
now admin processing completed, case returned to USCIS.

What do I do now ? I'm a proper applicant been to US twice on b1.
How do we get out of this mess ? Is there anyone here who has
successfully cleared this situation ?

Hi dileep,
Well my case been the same as yours..After 8months after my interview,was told that action's(on my case) been suspended and sent back to the uscis.And a week back ,received a mail from the uscis that they gonna review it and lemme know .So i guess it may take a longtime!!
As far my knowledge,all u can do abt is,just REGISTER with the uscis.gov website(follow link - CASE PROCESSING AND UPDATES),so that u can recive updates abt ur case ,atleast..

How long are you waiting ? Did you get to know the exact reason
why the papers were sent back ? I heard that your employer can request
that info from USCIS. Do you know any other similar case where the person
has got out this mess successfully ?

well been awaiting almost for 8months and it still goes on and on...i'm not sure why it was sent back but yeah one of my friends got his visa on the 20th day after his doc's was sent back to the uscis...
so it'll comes down to 'cat on the wall'sort..anmyway good luck mate..

said it goes to Dept of State for
checks.

221g Issued in London in March' 06

I was issued a 221g form from the London Embassy in March 2006 and I havent heard anything from them so far. Everytime I email them they say my case is under processing and will notify as soon as a decision is made.

My case is stuck under employer check. They wanted to confirm the credentials of my employer. Till date my employer have not received any phone calls from USCIS or the London Embassy.

Its around 14 months and I am still counting. Kindly please tell me a way out of this situation.
