I recently switched to a new company and my H1 transfer process is in progress but now i have got a better opportunity , how do i act in this situation? could u pls advise me on this?

---- Apply for as many companies as possible and including H1 transfers. You can apply from A-B; A-C, A-B-C etc. even if every one of them is in process. All you need to do is pay the fees (paid by the employer) and submit all the applications with relevant documentation. Each application is viewed on its own merit. The approval time depends on the application.
