H4 stamping with transferred H1 - Subramanya please help!!!

Hi,

Please throw some light on this.

I have my H1 transfered from Company A to Company B. My company A visa is still valid and I am going to India now.
Can I get my H1 for the new company and H4 for my wife stamped together? Does this require Paystubs, bank statements?

---- If your H1 and H4 Visas from company A are valid and unexpired, there is no need to go in for fresh Visa stamping. At the POE while coming to US show your new H1 petition from company B and you should get a I-94 valid till the new date of H1B from company B

---- However, if you wish to get a Visa stamp then yes, pay stubs and bank statements may be helpful
