Hi Guys,
Iam currently on F1 visa doing my masters.
I wil be graduating in May 2007. I already have a job for which my employer has filed H1B in genral quota. Now considering the lottery case, if I dont get the H1, I have to work on OPT status. Iam planning to go to India and marry sometime after my graduation.
Can I bring my wife here while Iam on OPT? If so what is the process.
