    H1B visa for people with advanced US degrees

    Now that USCIS says it is not accepting any more H1B applications for fiscal year 2008, does this also include those applying for a H1B visa under the 20000 advanced degree quota? Or is the advanced degree H1B visa handled separate from the 65000 cap? Your comments/links are appreciated.
