How long H1B is valid after stamping??

Hi,

I applied for H1B last year and got visa stampin gin Dec, 2006.

How long is it valid before I enter US?
Can I enter after a year of stamping??
Unfortunatley, I am stuck with my previous company and unable to go to US immediately.

What kind of questions can we expect at POE??
If US employer says there is still open position, is it okay??

---- Yes, you can enter US at any time as long as you have a valid and unexpired Visa stamped in your Passport. There is no time limit

What kind of questions can we expect at POE??
If US employer says there is still open position, is it okay??

---- It is prudent to keep a letter from your employer that the position that you been recruited for is still open and the employer is waiting for you to come and join
