H4 Visa stamping Urgent

Hello Friends ,

I am currently on H1 from a company A , recently i changed my employer and i got my new employers approved petition, my passport is stamped with old employers visa , so in this case is it possible for my wife to go for H4 visa stamping with new employers petition even if i am not having new employers visa stamped on my passport ?
